We build our itineraries with great care, attention to detail, and your comfort in mind, but we cannot be present in all locations at all times. Our destinations are dynamic cities that change unexpectedly, and we work to keep every itinerary current. If something is not as your itinerary describes, we would genuinely love to hear about it so we can fix it.
