Last updated: July 16, 2026. This version corrects the hotel partner named in Section 6, updates the hosting and cookie sections for the new website, reflects that SitSee Travel LLC no longer operates a mailing list, and describes exactly what the SitSee Custom intake form collects, including the accessibility details you choose to share.
SitSee Travel LLC ("SitSee Travel LLC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website at www.sitseetravel.com (the "Site") or purchase any SitSee Travel LLC product, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using our Site or purchasing our products, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our products.
We do not run a mailing list. SitSee Travel LLC does not collect email addresses for marketing. There is no newsletter, no signup form, no lead magnet, and no membership. We will never email you to sell you something.
Information you provide directly. We collect information you give us when you purchase a SitSee Travel LLC product through Payhip (typically your name, email, billing address, and payment information, held by Payhip rather than by us), or when you contact us by email (the contents of your message and your contact details).
If you order a SitSee Custom itinerary, you complete an intake form hosted on Google Forms. That form collects your name and email address so we can deliver your itinerary, plus the details we need to build it: your destination, dates, budget, who is travelling, your interests, and the accessibility needs and physical limitations you choose to tell us about.
We treat what you tell us about your body as what it is: private, and yours. We use it for one thing, which is building the itinerary you paid for. We do not use it for marketing, we do not profile you with it, and we do not sell it. It is stored in Google Forms and Google Drive under our business Google account. You are never required to disclose a diagnosis or a medical condition. Tell us only what helps us build the trip, and no more.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected by us or by third-party services we use, including Firebase Hosting and Google Analytics. This may include your IP address and approximate geographic location; browser type, operating system, and device type; pages you visit, time spent on each page, and how you arrived at the Site; and cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5). Analytics cookies are not set unless you accept them.
Payment information. Purchases of SitSee Travel LLC digital products are sold and delivered through Payhip, our third-party e-commerce platform, with card payments processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, debit card number, or banking details on our systems. Stripe handles your card information directly and is responsible for the security of that information under its own privacy policy and terms, at stripe.com/privacy. Payhip stores order and customer information such as your name, email address, billing country, and order history to fulfill your purchase, and its privacy practices are at payhip.com/privacy. Payhip also serves as the merchant of record for European Union, United Kingdom, and other applicable international transactions, meaning it may collect and remit sales tax, VAT, or GST on our behalf.
We use the information we collect to deliver the products you purchase and fulfill our agreements with you; respond to your questions, comments, or customer-service requests; improve our Site, products, and customer experience; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not use your information to market to you, because we do not market to you by email.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the limited circumstances described below.
Service providers. Payhip for storefront hosting, order management, digital product delivery, and order-related email, and where applicable acting as merchant of record for sales tax, VAT, or GST remittance. Stripe for credit and debit card payment processing. Google Firebase Hosting for website hosting and content delivery. Google Forms and Google Drive for the SitSee Custom intake form and the responses it collects. IONOS for domain registration, DNS services, and business email hosting for the info@sitseetravel.com inbox. Google Analytics for understanding Site usage, only where you have accepted analytics cookies.
These service providers may access your information only to perform their tasks for us and are contractually required to keep your information confidential and use it only as instructed.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or violations of our terms.
Business transfers. If SitSee Travel LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
When you first visit the Site, you are shown a cookie banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Analytics cookies are not set until you accept. Your choice is remembered on your device, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings. You can also set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly.
Our Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including airlines such as American Airlines, hotels such as Marriott properties, tour operators, restaurants, and mapping services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites or services. When you click through to a third-party site, you are subject to that party's privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
We do not send marketing email. We have no mailing list to unsubscribe from. If you give us your email address to receive a Custom itinerary, we use it to send you that itinerary and to answer you about it. Nothing else.
If you buy a product, Payhip sends you transactional email about that order, such as your receipt and your download link. That is a necessary part of delivering what you paid for. If you email us at info@sitseetravel.com, we reply.
Our refund and revision terms are set out in our Disclaimers and Terms of Use rather than here.
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to comply with our legal obligations such as tax and accounting requirements, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymize it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and you provide your information at your own risk.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion of your information, to opt out of marketing communications, to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@sitseetravel.com.
California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act provide additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
European Union and United Kingdom residents. You have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or port your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We process your information based on legitimate interest, your consent (for analytics cookies), or to perform a contract with you (for purchases). SitSee Travel LLC is the data controller for information collected through this Site.
Our Site and products are intended for adults age 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete it. Adults are responsible for any travel decisions made for or with minors in their care.
SitSee Travel LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Site or purchase our products from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer. United States data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on the Site with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced through a notice on the Site or by email if we have your address. Your continued use of the Site or our products after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
